Keep your DOT certification current without waiting weeks for a slot. We also handle in-clinic pre-employment physicals and non-DOT drug and alcohol screening for employers.

Specialty care membership
$149/mo
Covers weight loss, specialist care including neurology, and patients aged 65 and older. Includes healthcare visits at Oasis at no additional cost.
Commercial insurance
We accept most commercial insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Insurance rates vary by plan and coverage.
